Property location


The town of Mühlheim am Main is located in the state of Hesse and has a population of about 28,000. The town, which consists of three districts, is located in the administrative district of Offenbach and the Rhine-Main region.

Mühlheim am Main has many cultural attractions with a town museum, the Cultural Hall, areas of outstanding natural beauty and historical buildings such as Mühlheim Water Tower.

There were many large industrial companies in the town until 1980, especially from the leather processing sector and the metal and electrical industry. Nowadays, there are a large number of SMEs in the town with hardly any large industrial companies.

With regard to education, the town has several primary schools, a grammar school, as well as secondary schools (general, secondary modern and special needs).

Situated between Offenbach and Hanau, federal highway 43 provides the town with excellent connections. With two suburban railway stations, the city centres of Offenbach (about five minutes) and Frankfurt am Main (about 20 minutes) are very easy to reach. Frankfurt Airport can also be reached within 35 minutes.



Bischof-Ketteler-Straße 17 in Mühlheim am Main is located south of the town centre. The town centre is about 3.5 kilometres away.

Bischof-Ketteler-Straße is extremely well connected in terms of infrastructure. Shopping facilities and a playground are located only 150 metres away. Doctors and a pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity less than 250 metres away. The daycare centre is a five minute walk away.

The property is located in the direct vicinity of the Rodau, a small tributary of the River Main.

Hausen in the south, only two kilometres away, offers good shopping facilities in the direct vicinity with a petrol station, a butcher's and various other stores within easy reach. There are also educational institutions in this village, which can be reached by bicycle in about 10 minutes.
