Schlossstraße, Langenselbold

Das Neubauprojekt Schlossstraße befindet sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung des herrschaftlichen Schloss Langenselbold nordöstlich der Stadt Hanau. Hier entsteht ein modern gestaltetes 5-Familienhaus auf einer Wohnfläche von 640m². Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich zudem 8 PKW-Stellplätze.

The town of Langenselbold is located in the south of the Federal State of Hesse in the Main-Kinzig district. Part of the administrative district of Darmstadt, the municipality covers a total area of 26.23 km². More than 14,000 inhabitants populate the municipality at the edge of the Kinzig valley.

Two large industrial estates are located in Langenselbold. The largest companies located here are Thermo Fisher Scientific, Möbel Höffner, the Otto Group and ALDI Süd GmbH & Co. KG. In total, there are over 700 companies in the town.

As for leisure activities, there are a variety of options such as a lido, a glider airfield, shooting ranges and countless hiking and cycling paths. Surfing and sailing opportunities, Langenselbold Castle, fishing facilities and the local history museum round off the rich cultural attractions. A total of nine internists and various specialists are available for health care. Two primary schools, an integrated comprehensive school and a school for learning assistance are available as educational facilities.

Schlossstrasse 10 is characterised by its central location in Langenselbold. Within a radius of one kilometre there are shopping facilities such as a beverage market and several discount stores. Restaurants and pubs in the immediate vicinity can be reached on foot in ten minutes. Schlosspark is a good place to go for a walk, as it is only 100 metres from Schlossstrasse. An outdoor swimming pool is only a two-minute walk away. A water playground and the Thermo-Fisher Stadium can be reached in five minutes by car. Motorway A66, rural road L3445 and the city train line offer optimal connections to neighbouring cities.
