The task of our management companies is to design and implement internal organizational processes.
On the basis of an existing sales coordination agreement, VIVAT Financial Services GmbH takes on the administration and training of sales partners, billing sales commissions and other administrative activities for the various issuing companies.
VIVAT Verwaltungs GmbH takes on customer administration, application review and other administrative activities between investors and issuers as well as third parties. This corporate structure provides customers with a decisive advantage: VIVAT Verwaltungs GmbH manages and supervises all contracts from a central location. This gives investors a direct point of contact for all questions relating to their contract — regardless of the issuer.

These include issuing companies that are responsible for the design and release of financial products. These enable the implementation of numerous real estate projects through direct investments or the granting of participatory loans to project companies.

Project Companies
For the efficient and structured implementation of individual real estate projects, an independent project company is founded for each project. This company — in close cooperation with experienced experts — takes over all steps of the project process: from purchase to planning and implementation of the renovation measures to the successful sale of the property. More than 50 project companies are currently involved in this process.
